1. About Us

   a. AudichayaShadi.in (“Audichaya Shadi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an online matrimonial platform created exclusively for members of the Audichya Brahmin Samaj who are seeking marriage alliances.
   b. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “member”, “user”) and Audichaya Shadi. By browsing, registering, creating a profile, or purchasing any subscription you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
   a. Community: The service is intended primarily for persons belonging to the Audichya Brahmin Samaj or for families genuinely seeking an Audichya Brahmin spouse.
   b. Age & Marital Status (in line with Indian marriage laws):
   • Men must be at least 21 years old.
   • Women must be at least 18 years old.
   • You must be single (never married), divorced, legally separated or widowed at the time of registration, and able to enter into a lawful marriage.
   c. Competence: You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and not barred from using the Website under any applicable laws.
   
   

3. Account Creation & Security

   a. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated. False, misleading or impersonated profiles will be deleted without notice or refund.
   b. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Inform us immediately at support@audichayashadi.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
   
   

4. Profile Content & Conduct

   a. Allowed content: truthful biographical details, photographs, educational/employment data and partner preferences.
   b. Prohibited content or behaviour:
   • Pornographic, obscene, hateful, violent or illegal material.
   • Contact details (phone, email, social media IDs) inside public profile text or photos.
   • Harassment, stalking, abuse or defamation of any person or community.
   • Commercial advertising, MLM schemes, dating/flirting services, escorting or any activity other than arranged-marriage matchmaking.
   c. We may edit, mask, refuse or remove any content that violates these rules or applicable laws, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Paid Plans, Billing — NO-REFUND & NO-CANCELLATION Policy

   a. Certain features—such as contact-number reveals, spotlight listings or profile boosts—require a paid subscription or Pay-Per-Use credits. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in advance.

   b. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL FEES BE REFUNDED OR ORDERS CANCELLED ONCE A PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED. This applies to one-time credits, subscription plans, renewals and any other charges. The policy has been confirmed with our banking partners.

   c. Subscriptions will automatically remain active until the end of their prepaid term. We do not provide pro-rata refunds or early-termination credits.

   
   

6. Matchmaking Disclaimer

   a. Audichaya Shadi is a platform that enables members to share information and contact each other; we do not guarantee that a suitable partner will be found, that conversations will lead to marriage, or that user declarations (age, education, income, caste, horoscope, etc.) are genuine.
   b. Background checks, horoscope matching, medical tests and due-diligence are your own responsibility. Meet prospective matches in safe public places and involve elders/guardians when appropriate.
   
   

7. Communication & Safety

   a. Our internal chat and phone-view features are strictly for matrimonial discussions. Abuse, spam or solicitation will result in immediate suspension.
   b. Report suspicious users or violations via the “Report” button on their profile or email us.
8. Suspension or Termination
   We may suspend, disable or permanently terminate your account—without refund—if you:
   • Provide false information or misrepresent yourself.
   • Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
   • Act in a way that harms other users, the community or our reputation.
   Our decision is final.
   
   

9. Intellectual Property

   a. The website design, logos, software, databases and all proprietary content are owned by Audichaya Shadi or its licensors.
   b. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or resell any portion of the Service without our written consent.
   
   

10. Privacy

    We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the website). By using the Service you consent to such processing.
    
    

11. Warranty Disclaimer

    The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty—express or implied—regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
    
    

12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audichaya Shadi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid us in the previous three (3) months.
    
    

13. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audichaya Shadi, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (i) your content; (ii) your breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
    
    

14. Modifications to Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective once posted on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
    
    

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sagwara, Rajasthan, India.
